Joey Lawrence’s debut music video
Remember Joey Lawrence? That little kid named Joey on Gimme a Break? He later moved on to play the brother on Blossom who was named - what else? - Joey. Then one day, it was announced that Joey was now a singer. They played his debut music video after an episode of Blossom in prime time and made a big deal about it. It was 1993 when the song came out, “Nothing My Love Can’t Fix”. It is pretty laughable to watch the video now. Joey in a leather jacket and/or various Eagles and Phillies apparel, dancing on the beach and getting in the camera’s face. Don’t forget the amazing “rap” he does at the end of the song. A true classic.
