Storytelling ALF

Published by zlobe at 8:23 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

I’m digging into the vault and pulling out some more classic toy commercials in the spirit of the season. This one is called Storytelling ALF. If you remember Teddy Ruxpin, he was a teddy bear that told stories and he had a cassette player in his back. ALF was a similar toy I think. But, like Teddy Ruxpin, not only was he a little creepy, he also did not really look as cuddly or as likable as ALF was on the TV show. I personally liked the teddy bear named Bingo. He didn’t tell stories; you could actually have a conversation with him. In other words, he would ask you questions and you would play along and answer them. This ALF doll seems kinda boring.
