Ting Tings help ring ring in the new year
Before I saw this television performance, I had heard of the Ting Tings but did not know much about them. I had heard the song “That’s Not My Name” a couple of times. I had seen the iPod commercial that featured “Shut Up and Let Me Go” but had no idea who sang the song. They performed both of those songs at the New Year’s celebration in New York City that was shown on NBC with Carson Daly. The British duo put plenty of attitude and energy into making this a standout performance. Of course, the group is already massively popular in the UK but I have a feeling this show will help them to gain an even wider audience.
