I used to love the show The State on MTV. Great sketch comedy from the mid-nineties. When the show ended, several of the members went on to other projects, such as Viva Variety and Reno 911! And the two Michaels have a new show on Comedy Central. Just in time for… the State DVD release! That’s right, the complete series is finally out on DVD… why did it take so long? Well, apparently they needed to redub a lot of the skits to take out the licensed songs that aired in the original episodes. Whatever, it’s still hilarious stuff, right? Take this clip for example.
